Helmsman Invest has completed their new $10 million project in Ipswich, 11 Bell & 15 East.
This is a new central CBD commercial development located next to the Ipswich train station and opposite Ipswich Central. Featuring offices and medical spaces from 50m to 1900m with dedicated car parking for tenants and visitors on East Street.
This highly exposed CBD property is already home to Myhealth Medical Centre and Friendly Care Pharmacy and now available for lease.
Citiswich Business Park
Walker Corporations’ 350ha estate is Queensland’s largest industrial development, providing well-connected industrial land that caters for a wide range of industries including logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, construction and wholesale retail companies.

East Ipswich Train Station Upgrade
The East Ipswich station accessibility upgrade is part of the State Government’s investment of more than $500 million to upgrade stations across the South East Queensland network, making them accessible for all customers.
This includes platform raising, upgrading accessible parking and essential customer facilities.
Ipswich Hospital Campus Development
More than $146 million has been allocated by the Queensland Government for the first stage of the West Moreton Health Master Plan.
Ipswich Hospital upgrades include an MRI suite, a 50-bed Acute Mental Health Unit and a new 26-bed ward and outpatients’ area. A business case is exploring an expansion of services at Ipswich Hospital and on former Ipswich City Council sites purchased through this funding.
Nicholas Street Precinct
Ipswich City Council’s new retail, entertainment and dining area is located in the heart of Ipswich Central. Benefiting from a $250 million redevelopment, featuring Tulmur Place, a civic plaza with a performance stage to cater for up to 3,000 people.
Home to Australia’s first dedicated Children’s Library as well as the new Ipswich Central General Library, Council administration building and zero-depth water play area.
Redbank Motorway Estate
